Froggoku Help

Something not working, or a frog misbehaving? Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you.

Playing

What are the rules?

Place one frog in every row, every column and every colored pond. Frogs can never touch each other, not even diagonally. Every pond has exactly one answer, and you never need to guess.

How do I place frogs and lily pads?

Tap a tile once to float a lily pad there (meaning "no frog here"). Tap again to place a frog, and a third time to clear it. Drag across tiles to drop lots of lily pads at once. Mushroom levels use little trees instead of lily pads.

I'm stuck. Can I get a hint?

Yes. Tap Hint and the game shows the next logical step and explains why it works.

What happens if I run out of hearts?

A wrong frog costs a heart. With no hearts left, you can try the pond again, keep going in Relaxed mode (no hearts), or watch a short video for one more heart. Turn on Relaxed mode any time in the settings under the board.

Daily Pond

How does the Daily Pond work?

Everyone gets the same new pond each day. Smaller ponds early in the week, a 10×10 on Sunday. Your best time and your streak of days played are saved on your device. Tap "Share my time" to send your result to friends.

Why is there an ad before the Daily Pond?

Froggoku is completely free. In the apps, a short ad plays before each day's Daily Pond, and replays that day are ad-free. Every other pond has no ads in the way.

When does a new Daily Pond appear?

At midnight, using the time on your device.

Will I lose my progress?
